The Role
As a Solutions Lead at Summation, you will be the champion for our customers, owning the success of our deployments and serving as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for building the relevant financial and operational models to ensure that customers can effectively leverage the platform for their unique business challenges. You will also synthesize customer insights to inform our product roadmap. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Be the advocate and champion for our customers, deeply understanding their needs and owning the success of their journey with Summation. Ensure that they are fully supported and that their objectives are met at every stage of deployment and beyond.
Solution Design and Delivery: Partner with Product & Engineering teams to design, implement, and deploy tailored solutions that meet customer-specific business planning and analytics requirements.
Project Leadership: Lead complex projects from conception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with customer objectives and business needs.
Feedback-Driven Innovation: Act as a liaison between customers and Summation's Product & Technology teams, synthesizing insights from customer interactions to inform our product roadmap and drive innovation. Ensure that the feedback gathered is translated into actionable improvements and new features that enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in analytics, finance systems, operations, or a related area, ideally with a focus on delivering complex analytical or operational projects.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, operational processes, and data analytics, with proficiency in SQL.
Experience working in a customer-facing or advisory role, preferably in enterprise software, consulting, or technology.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering impactful business solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for understanding and solving complex business challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
