About CT Summation

Helping litigators win every day since 1988 with innovative tools and solutions that make powerful cases.

CT Summation pioneered electronic litigation support in 1988 as the original publisher of integrated litigation support software for the PC.

CT Summation software was conceived by two experienced lawyers who saw how technology would transform the way litigators and the courts worked. Since its inception, CT Summation has continuously enhanced its product line with feedback from legal professionals worldwide.

CT Summation began with a simple goal—provide attorneys with a more efficient way to globally search, organize, analyze and build a case.

We’ve always adhered to a basic, common sense principle: powerful evidence typically consists of combinations of testimony and documents from disparate sources. From our flagship product release in 1988 – we’ve provided transcript and document management tools in one seamlessly integrated, easy-to-use program, crafted exclusively for litigation.

Over the years, CT Summation has continually improved its software programs based upon the feedback of its founders and CT Summation users worldwide, currently totaling over 50,000. With its latest product line, CT Summation offers even more functionality, including remote access to multiple repositories and different types of databases, improved outlining features and more robust collaboration tools.

Today, CT Summation software is regularly used in cases large and small. CT Summation has a proven track record in handling cases consisting of millions of documents, including the antitrust action against Microsoft, the nationwide breast implant litigation, and many high-profile employment, securities, antitrust and toxic tort actions. Plaintiff and defense counsel alike also use it in thousands of smaller cases everyday.
